Meet Mads. She’s the backbone of the business. She believes that everything a business does is an experience, and those experiences should be remarkable. It’s the reason she co-founded Neonormal with Tyson.

She’s not just our Director, though. If we had to describe her in two words, we’d say pioneering and unwavering. Having studied communications and floristry, with a fascination for the art and science of being human, and extensive experience as an Executive Producer, she delights in creating the best environment for things to grow – opportunities, businesses and people alike.
