KIA \ AO Hospitality Experience 2024
Objective
To support our global agency partners, INNOCEAN Korea and PICO Korea, in designing and delivering an inspiring corporate hospitality experience for KIA’s executive team and VIP guests attending the 2024 Australian Open (AO).
Accommodating multiple international guests expectations within the four unique groups of VIPs, the program spanning 8 days, included the best of Melbourne’s food, wine and tourism experiences to leave guests with lasting memories of Australia and showcase the unique way Melbourne does the Grand Slam summer and festival of tennis.
Strategy
To complement the onsite tennis program at the two week long AO, we designed and managed an off-site hospitality program featuring winery lunches, up close native animal experiences and Victorian Tourism highlights to showcase Australian hospitality and attractions.
Results
Neonormal collaborated with some of Victoria’s best hospitality teams and tourism destinations to develop an enjoyable, exclusive and distinctive VIP off court experience. The outcome was a welcoming, inspiring and immersive guest itinerary full of authentic share-worthy Australian moments and memories.
