Challenge

Every year, Renault hosts dealers from across Australia for their annual strategy session. The trouble is, the dealers would rather be back in their showroom, selling cars and engaging with new customers.

Additionally, after a challenging business year, and a slew of financial updates and quarterly meetings, dealers were feeling disenfranchised, wary of corporate buzzwords and ‘Death by Powerpoint’.

Renault asked us to reinvent the tired format of previous years, engaging and inspiring this critical audience and leaving them excited for the year ahead.

Strategy

We threw out the old format, with its talking head sessions and the bulky deck of graphs, charts and numbers. A vibrant MC hosted two-way dialogue between dealers and Renault’s top-level leaders in a whole new interactive panel style format — honest, direct, human and inspiring.

Our screen content and supporting physical touchpoints were engaging, clear and memorable — and dealers left confident in leadership, and energised to make the year ahead the most profitable yet.
