Objective

With the launch of over 140 Clinics across Australia, Bupa Dental asked us to help them connect with local communities, increase awareness and encourage appointment bookings with a fun and engaging brand experience that would get people smiling.

Solution

Inspired by Bupa’s visual identity and tone of voice, we created giant three-dimensional versions of their iconic illustrations that local audiences could interact with. Popping up in shopping centres across the country, we started conversations with potential customers in close proximity to the new clinics.

With a welcoming team of trained brand ambassadors, free toothbrush giveaways, and a fun photo booth activity, we got passers-by signing up and smiling wide.

And Bupa was all smiles, too — the campaign reached over 180,000 people, educating them about the new dental clinics and pushing a major spike in appointment bookings.
