Reframing Renault’s new brand position as an employee experience

After working closely with Neonormal to develop a brand position for the company in Australia, Renault wanted to connect employees and immerse them in the philosophy in a memorable way.


Neonormal produced an interactive day-long seminar for Renault’s staff that gave them insight into the new brand, and invited them to take ownership of their role in driving the brand forward.

From scents, curated menus based on brand pillars, interactive workshops, beautiful screen support and video content, the Brand Launch was expertly facilitated, and staff were immersed in the new brand attributes through every touchpoint of the experience.
