Challenge

The 2019 Annual Motorclassica event was significant for Nissan Motor Co – as the Presenting Partner of Japanese Sports Car Class, Nissan needed to make a statement.

To celebrate their 50 year history in designing and manufacturing Japanese Sports Cars, Nissan appointed Neonormal to create an activation space which draws on Nissan’s proud heritage and heroes the limited GT-R 50th Anniversary Edition.

The space had to be both bold and premium, and have an impact – just like the Nissan GT-R.

Experience

With the audience best described as ‘car enthusiasts’, we developed a concept that would not only thrill and excite, but capture the attention of these car buffs.

Drawing a link between Nissan’s proud history and exciting future, we encouraged attendees of the event to feel engaged and inspired to learn more about Nissan’s heritage in performance vehicles.

The result – a Premium, Nissan-owned exhibit that showcased five powerful and extraordinary models on display, as well as capturing their unique history from 1969 to 2019 and key milestones in between.

Motorclassica is a unique event that requires a deft creative touch. Neonormal nailed the brief and delivered a brand experience worthy of our GT-R 50th Anniversary Edition.
