Over 3 years, Neonormal teamed up with challenger brand PUMA to make their campaigns and strategy run longer, hit harder and go further for them in local markets. PUMA had big goals to kick, and we love a challenge — it was a perfect match.
Puma \ Retail Campaign
In stores, we designed and executed a series of promotions to get products moving off the shelf in memorable, innovative ways. We delivered measurable results as well as eye-catching product displays — from interactive gaming experiences in retail spaces, digital campaigns on social media channels and media appearances by brand ambassadors, to clever in-store promotions and visual merchandising — and PUMA stores consistently hit and exceeded their sales targets.
To announce their new partnership with F1 and Red Bull Racing, we captured fans with a Dan Ricciardo pop-up experience. We built a fan zone in the middle of Melbourne Central, complete with an F1 engine display, digital content, product displays, and retail areas — and the man himself appeared for signings, selfies, and Q&As with hundreds of motorsport lovers.
We stepped up the annual PUMA sales conference for the national team, too — turning empty warehouses into interactive fashion shoots, with live street artists and local DJs setting the scene before we served up the main course — exciting new shoe and clothing products. Sales teams had never experienced their brand offering like this before, and the feedback was glowing.
