Giving ‘Beauty School’ Drop-Ins a Masterclass in Makeup for Priceline

Priceline is a market leader for in-store beauty spaces in Australia, but their online Beauty Hub wasn’t getting the traction or the traffic they wanted.

So they asked Neonormal to create an in-store experience that would engage, educate and connect with an audience of loyal makeup junkies, amplifying the online Beauty Hub and spreading the word to makeup lovers far and wide.

Solution

Neonormal designed and delivered a roadshow of ‘Beauty School’ events, hosted by international beauty bloggers Sam and Nic.

Excited make-up junkies queued up to meet Sam and Nic at in-store appearances, whilst lucky competition winners were granted behind-the-scenes access to private Beauty School Masterclasses — bringing the online Beauty Hub features into the physical space with tutorials and demonstrations of cutting edge beauty tips and trends.

From the champagne and nibbles on arrival and the immaculately styled spaces, through to immersive masterclasses and must-have makeup giveaways — every seamless touchpoint was designed to engage and to delight.

And with full houses for every masterclass and website traffic at an all-time high during the roadshow, the results were as stunning as the makeovers.
